Android, Samsung Remains The Top-Selling Number One


Google Android and Samsung currently leads the vendor market share in operating systems and vendors in the world. Apple and LG are behind it.


Based on the results of research carried out over three months, ComScore February – may 2012, Google's Android market share achieved at most, approximately 50.9 percent. Position was up 0.8 per cent compared to last February.

With this position, meaning the Android operating system is used in most successful vendors of the world. Thus, followed by Apple (31.9 per cent), Research in Motion (11.4 percent), Microsoft (4 percent), and Symbian (1.1 per cent).

Samsung's market share did not move significantly during the last three months. Unlike Apple, which rose 1.5 percent compared to the previous three months.
