Android OS Founder Will Return to Android Smartphone Business


Andy Rubin is a man who makes the Android operating system which was later acquired by Google in 2005. Rubin also had a chance to be the top of the Android brand which was later replaced by Sundar Pichai in 2013. Since then Rubin then decided to pull out of Google and pioneering new venture.
As proclaimed by The Verge, Rubin reportedly will return to the smartphone business. But the difference this time it will not work on the software again, but rather to manufacturing the manufacture of cell phone only. Homemade smartphone will also continue running the Android operating system.
Rubin himself has recently reportedly recruiting employees who will work at the new company. It was not clear whether Rubin will lead the new company that will he founded it, or simply be as a supplier of funds only.
As has been known, since out of Google, Rubin set up a company called Playground Found which is an incubator for startup. Up to now, the company he founded managed to earn up to $ 300 million fund.
Since establishing a good relationship with Redpoint Venture, he was known to be active role in fund-raising activities. Although more often poured funds in the field of artificial intelligence and smart home initiative, but Rubin reportedly interested menggaparap top smartphones like Apple's iPhone.
Android is very attractive when founders also want to create a new smartphone while running an operating system that he has made his own before.
