Huawei to Showcase battery charged 50% In 5 Minutes

The size of a very large smartphone battery is meant to have no limits, often smartphone with a battery capacity of above average is not supported by the quick charging feature, it is certainly very annoying having to wait for hours to keep the battery fully charged. Responding to these problems, now many companies that act in two ways, ie create more efficient battery performance and add features fast charging.

One company that continues to develop this technology is Huawei. Companies from the Bamboo Curtain country is introducing new techniques in charging a battery which is claimed to charge 10 times faster than the batteries that already exist today. Besides the battery development of Huawei was also able to fill up as much as 50% in just 5 minutes of charging.

Huawei division Watt Battery Lab showcase their development results in 56 Battery Symposium in Japan last week. Their team has two batteries with different capacities. The first battery has a capacity of 600mAh which can be filled in 68% within 2 minutes of charging. Then the larger-capacity battery that can be charged 3.000mAh as much as 48% in just over 5 minutes of charging. By doing so, we can  call for 10 hours only need to charge the battery for 5 minutes.

"Huawei believes that breakthroughs in battery fast charging will bring a new revolution in electronic devices, especially with regard to mobile phones, electric vehicles, wearable, and mobile power supplies," said company officials were quoted Phonescoop.

Most smartphone which features the Quick Charge feature is still relying on Qualcomm entered into the Snapdragon chipset. Quick Charge feature that is often used alone is Quick Charge 2.0 and 3.0. But the capabilities of Qualcomm's Quick Charge is nothing compared to the technology developed by Huawei.
